<p>Born in 1354 AH (1936 AD), he memorized the Holy Qur’an under the supervision of Sheikh Mukhtar Houriya—may Allah have mercy on him—during the years 1951–1952. He obtained his High School Diploma in 1968 from the Ali Wureith School in Tripoli, as well as a Religious High School Diploma specializing in Qur’anic sciences, recitations (Qira’at), jurisprudence (Fiqh), prophetic biography (Sira), Hadith, and the Arabic language from the Malik bin Anas Institute.</p>
