<p>Sheikh Abu Bakr Saleh Al-Maslati (may Allah have mercy on him) was one of Libya’s most distinguished Quran reciters, known for his masterful Tajweed. He was the first Libyan reciter to record a complete completion (Khatmah) of the Holy Quran according to the Warsh from Nafi’ recitation style, which continues to be broadcast on the Holy Quran Radio. He passed away in 1423 AH (2003 AD).</p>
